Because our products are digital goods delivered electronically, they cannot be physically returned.

1. Refund Eligibility

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased product has been accessed or downloaded, except where a refund is required under applicable law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate.

However, we will consider issues such as:

  • A file being corrupted or defective

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Subject to applicable law, refunds generally will not be provided where:

  • Your device or software does not support the stated file format, where the format and requirements were clearly disclosed
  • You no longer want the product after purchase
  • You have already downloaded or accessed the product and there is no qualifying defect or service issue

6. Non-Returnable Products

All digitally delivered products are non-returnable because there is no physical item to return.
